By accessing or using the CAIS platform (buildcais.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including registered users, free trial users, and visitors.

CAIS provides AI-powered construction document analysis services, including: - AI QTO Master: Automated quantity take-off from engineering drawings (PDF and IFC/BIM). - AI Pricing Master: Intelligent cost estimation with regional rate libraries. - AI Planning Master: Construction schedule generation from BOQ data. - TUT Project Manager: AI-powered chat interface for project document analysis. All outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in production.

- You must provide accurate information when creating an account. - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. - You must not share your account credentials with others. - You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree to: - Upload only construction-related documents (drawings, BOQ, contracts, specifications). - Not upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content. - Not attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures. - Not use the platform for any illegal purpose. - Respect the file size limits and usage quotas associated with your subscription plan.

- Your Content: You retain full ownership of all documents you upload and all outputs generated from your documents. - Our Platform: CAIS owns all rights to the platform, algorithms, AI models, user interface, and underlying technology. - License: By uploading documents, you grant CAIS a limited, temporary license to process your files solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service. This license expires when your files are automatically deleted (24 hours after processing).

- Free Plan: Limited monthly usage across services, no payment required. - Pro Plan: Expanded usage limits, priority processing, and additional features. - Enterprise Plan: Unlimited access with dedicated support. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

IMPORTANT: All AI-generated outputs (BOQ reports, cost estimates, schedules) are estimates and should be treated as preliminary results. - CAIS outputs are not engineering certifications and do not replace professional review. - Users are responsible for verifying all quantities, prices, and schedules before use in contracts or construction. - CAIS is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. - Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy: - Uploaded files are automatically deleted 24 hours after processing. - We do not share your documents with third parties. - We do not use your documents for AI model training. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will: - Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. - Notify registered users via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
